Landis Evans + Partners, formerly Sprinkle Consulting, assisted with the development of a Regional Activity Center Circulation Plan for the Washington, DC metropolitan area as part of a Transportation and Community System Preservation project awarded by FHWA and FTA. The project focuses on identifying projects that will help the region realize its vision of “improved internal mobility with reduced reliance on the automobile within the regional core and regional activity centers.
